Long-term Programs - September 2026
Course duration: 20 hours per week, including grammar, speaking and writing practice, listening comprehension, phonetics, and thematic workshops.
Partner institutions: Classes offered in collaboration with renowned institutions such as CIREFE (University of Rennes 2), which awards the DUEF (University Diploma in French Studies), as well as other accredited schools.
Exam preparation: Specialized modules to prepare for official certifications DELF and DALF, from level A1 to C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

General Terms and Conditions for the Winter
Intensive Program
Registration
Registration is done via the online form or by direct contact with our team. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm registration.
Payment
The balance must be paid at least 3 months before the program start date.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods indicated on the website.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation within 14 days after registration: 90% refund of the amount paid.Cancellation more than 30 days before the program start: students can to choose another date. Cancellation less than 30 days before the start: no refund possible.In case of force majeure, each situation will be assessed individually.
DELF Preparation Option
30-hour online course.
Standard price: €280.
Special price for program students: €238 VAT included (-15%) if booked
before or during the stay;
€266 VAT included (-5%) if booked after the stay (up to 30 days after).
Accommodation, Transfer and Flight
Airport transfer is included only for arrivals at agreed times. Round-trip flight is not included in the program.
The student must inform Bienvenue à Rennes of their flight booking at least 30 days before the program start date to confirm accommodation
booking. Any specific requests regarding accommodation must be communicated in
advance.
Food, Meals and Local Transport
Food and meals are not included in the program. Local transport in Rennes (bus, metro, taxi, etc.) is not included and is the student’s responsibility. For more information, students can consult the official Rennes public transport website: STAR Rennes (https://www.star.fr).
Responsibilities
Students are responsible for their behavior during the program and must comply with established rules. Bienvenue à Rennes declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended that students obtain health and civil liability insurance before arrival. Bienvenue is assured as an Agency Company.
Program Modifications
Bienvenue à Rennes reserves the right to modify the program (dates, activities) for reasons beyond its control. Students will be promptly informed of any changes.
